Dock Description

This pre-owned covered single-slip dock is located on Lake Keowee and was originally built and installed by Superior Docks.
The dock features a 24′ x 28′ aluminum frame with a 10′ x 24′ boat slip beneath an 18′ x 28′ fern-green hip roof, which has been expanded with a flat-roof extension over the wide side for added covered space.

A 4′ x 40′ non-flared ramp leads to the dock, which is finished with IPE Brazilian hardwood decking throughout for long-lasting beauty and durability. The slip is flanked by a 4′ narrow finger on the right (looking from land to lake), a 4′ connecting finger, and a 10′-wide side on the left for additional deck space.

This dock comes well-equipped with a flip-up bench seat, an Easy Climb swim ladder, a Kayak Stow & Go, a cantilever-mounted dock box, and a Floatair 2-tank front-mounted boat lift currently set up for a V-hull watercraft.
