Dock Description
This is a 24’x28’ covered single slip classic aluminum dock originally built by Superior Docks. It has a 4’x40’ aluminum non-flared ramp. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24’ without slip wedges. This dock also has a Gable roof with the dimensions 18’x28’ and a roof height of 7.5’. The decking is Ipe Brazilian hardwood. This dock is has a 10′ wide side on the left (looking land to lake), with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4’ connecting finger. Located on Lake Keowee. Includes a dock box and a 5-step Ladder. The dock is also wired for electricity.
