Dock Description
This is a single slip steel structure dock, located on Lake Keowee. The overall dock dimensions are 24’x28’, with a Gable roof covering 18’x28′. The wide side is 10’ with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4′ connector. This dock has a 4’x40’ steel non-flared ramp. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24’ without slip wedges. The decking is a pressure-treated wood that has been painted a light gray. Additionally, this dock features upright bumpers around the dock’s edge for added protection and boat mooring. Also includes kayak storage attached to the ramp, storage box, and a sloped ladder.
