Covered Single Slip dock on Lake Keowee: Signature Series finish with painted galv steel frame, IPE decking, and fascia board. A 10×24’ slip with 12’  sitting side on the right, under an 18×28’ hip roof. The 2-part gangway (40’+20’) could be reduced to just the 40’ or 20’ section for the new location.
