Dock Description

Beautiful aluminum dock in great shape and well cared for, offering a spacious layout with an overall size of 26’ x 28’ and a generous 12’ wide side for entertaining or relaxing. The dock includes a 10’ x 24’ boat slip, a 4’ x 40’ ramp, and premium Ipe (Ironwood) decking for a high-end, long-lasting finish.

A large 18’ x 28’ gable roof provides plenty of shade, and the dock is wired for electricity, making it ready for future upgrades.

Boat lift, and PWC ports are NOT included.

Includes a vertical ladder and a cantilevered dock box for storage.
