Beautiful aluminum dock in great condition and well cared for, popular layout offering an overall size of 24’ x 28’. The slip is 10’x24’ under a 5/12 pitch gable roof for generous clearance, even with the boat on a lift. The 10’ wide-side is the right on a 4’ x 40’ ramp with durable IPE (Ironwood) decking for many years of enjoyment to come.

The dock is wired for electricity, making it ready for future upgrades.

NOT included in resale are the Boat lift, the PWC port, the dock box, the trash can holder, any watercraft, or furniture that is pictured in pre-sale photos.
