Dock Description
This is a 24’x28’ open slip aluminum channel dock. This dock uses a bolt-together system, meaning that it could potentially be disassembled and moved to another lake. It has a 3’x30’ non-flared steel ramp with 1″ steel square-tube painted handrail on the left hand side (looking land to lake). The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24’ without slip wedges and with an underwater sea brace. The decking is a 2″x8″ pressure treated wood with a texture coating. It is in need of re-decking. This dock is has a 10′ wide side on the left (looking land to lake), with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4’ connecting finger. This dock also features upright bumpers lining all sides for additional boat mooring/protection and a ladder. Located on Lake Keowee.
