Dock Description

This is an open-slip, steel bar-joist structure dock with the overall dimensions of 24’x28’. It features an uncovered 10’x24′ boat slip and a 4’×40’ non-flared steel ramp. The 10×24’ boat slip has an underwater brace across slip entry and there are ample upright bumper posts on the dock. This dock has a 10’ wide side on the left with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4′ connector. The decking is IPE Brazilian hardwood. The IPE decking and fascia board will revive nicely once cleaned and re-oiled. The Fern Green painted gangway appears structurally good, but the handrail could use a repaint.  Includes a vertical ladder.
