This is a covered single slip classic aluminum dock originally built by Floatation Systems. The overall dock dimensions are 24’x30′ with a 3’x55′ non-flared ramp and aluminum decking. The boat slip is 10’x26′ without any slip wedges. This dock also features an 18’x30′ aluminum green metal Hip roof. This dock is has a 10′ wide side on the right (looking land to lake), with a 4′ narrow finger and a 4′ connecting finger. This dock also includes a front-mounted boat lift, numerous upright bumpers for additional boat mooring, and a 4-step vertical ladder.
