Dock Description

This covered single-slip steel I-beam dock was originally built by Custom Docks and measures 24′ x 28′ overall, with a 4′ x 30′ non-flared ramp. The steel frame is painted in a fern green finish, and the dock is topped with 2″ x 8″ pressure-treated wood decking throughout. A gable-style roof provides 18′ x 28′ of covered space. The 10′ x 24′ boat slip does not include slip wedges and is flanked by a 4′ narrow finger on the left (facing from land to lake), a 4′ connecting finger, and a 10′ wide side on the right. A vertical ladder is also included for easy water access, as well as the dock box and piling loops also being included.
