This is a 24’x24’ covered single slip dock. This is a painted steel bar-joist structure dock. It has a 3’x40’ steel non-flared, painted ramp with a single handrail. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x20’ without slip wedges. This dock also has a Gable roof with the dimensions 18’x20’. The decking is 2″x8″ pressure treated wood. This dock is has a 10′ wide side on the left (looking land to lake), with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4’ connecting finger. Located on Lake Hartwell. Includes a ladder, upright bumpers for additional boat mooring, and a boat lift.
