This is a covered single slip steel dock that has the overall dimensions of 23’x27′, with a 3’x30′ non-flared ramp. The steel frame has been painted black. The boat slip is 10’x24′ without any slip wedges. This dock features a gable roof providing approximately 16’x27′ of coverage. This dock layout features a 3′ narrow finger on the left (looking land to lake), with a 3′ connecting finger, and a 10′ wide side on the right with pressure treated wood decking throughout that is in great condition. This dock also includes an Easy Climb Ladder and has also been pre-wired for electricity.
