Dock Description

Covered, single slip dock: Cliffs communities finish specification steel frame with 10×24’ slip and 10’ sitting side to left on a 4×40’ gangway.  The decking, fascia board, and “boxed” roof posts are IPE – Brazilian hardwood (“iron wood”).  Included is a Hydrohoist 6,600-pound capacity, level lift, air-displacement boat lift. The dock is wired with outlets and lights, a dock box. NOT included are watercraft or jet ski ports. Sold “as is”
