Dock Description

This is a Kroeger Marine covered, double slip aluminum dock that fits the specifications for the Cliffs Communities. It has a 3’x35’ painted aluminum flared ramp. The boat slip dimensions are both 10’x20’. This dock has a Fern Green metal Hip roof with a roof height of 8’. It also has a matching cupola and custom golfer weathervane. The decking is stained Ipe Brazilian Hardwood with Ipe wrapped frame and roof posts. The wide side is 8’ with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4’ middle finger. Located on Lake Keowee.
