Dock Description
This is a covered single slip aluminum dock that was originally built and installed only a couple of years ago! This dock has the overall dimensions of 27’x28′, with a 4’x60′ aluminum non-flared ramp. The boat slip is 11’x24′ without any slip wedges. This dock features an antique bronze metal Hip roof providing 19’x28′ of coverage. This dock layout features a 4′ narrow finger on the right (looking land to lake), with a 4′ connecting finger, and a 12′ wide side on the left with a synthetic grey decking throughout. The dock also includes matching roof posts that have been painted in the antique bronze, as well as the ramp handrails. It has also been pre-wired for electricity. Swim ladder also included in the purchase price.
