This is a covered single slip classic steel dock with the overall dimensions of 24’x28′ and a 3’×30’ steel non-flared ramp. The boat slip is 10’x24′ without any slip wedges. This dock features a gable roof providing full coverage with 93″ post height at the edge of the slip. This dock is has a 10′ wide side on the right (looking land to lake), with a 4′ narrow finger and a 4′ connecting finger and features wood decking throughout. This dock also includes a vertical ladder and has been wired for electricity.
