Dock Description

This is a Cherokee brand covered single slip, galvanized steel channel dock with the overall dimensions of 28’x28’. The structure has been painted a dark green. This dock features a 10’x24’ boat slip and a 4’×40’ non-flared steel ramp. The wide side is 14’ with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4′ connector. This dock has a 18’x28’ green Gable roof covering all but 10′ of the wide side. The decking is a pressure-treated wood decking that has been re-coated, but some boards may need to be replaced. This dock also includes a fiberglass dock box, a HydroHoist boat lift with an approx. 5,500 lb capacity that has been configured for a v-hull boat, (2) PWC ports, and a sloped ladder. The dock is also wired with power outlets and overhead light. This dock is located on Lake Keowee, but due to the Cherokee bolt-together system, it can be disassembled and moved anywhere.
