It is a Superior aluminum dock. Overall dimensions are 28’x30’ with a 10’x26’ slip, 4’ narrow finger, and 14’ wide side. The ramp is 4’x40’. 18’x30’ hip roof with 8’ roof post height. Decking is Ipe (Ironwood).The dock has a wrapped base, roof fascia, boxed posts, and a handrail cap. The dock meets the Cliffs community specifications. The ladder is included. The dock is wired for electric.

The dock has been well cared for and is in great shape. Ready for many more years of enjoyment!
