Your Lake Keowee Dock Builder
This is our home lake.
Our shop sits minutes from the water in Seneca, and we've been designing and building docks across Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and the upstate South Carolina lakes since 1985. We know these shorelines, these coves, and the Duke Energy guidelines that govern them.
Whether you're a new waterfront owner in Oconee or Pickens County planning your first dock or a longtime resident ready to remodel, repair, or protect your shoreline, our team handles the design, the build, and the permitting from start to finish.

Talk to Our TeamPermitting, Handled
We manage your Duke Energy permit from start to finish
Lake Keowee is part of Duke Energy's Keowee-Toxaway Project, and almost any new dock, lift, or shoreline work requires written authorization under the Shoreline Management Plan. We handle that process for you—so the only thing you have to think about is your finished waterfront.
- We prepare and submit your application through Duke Energy's Lake Access Permit System (LAPS)
- We coordinate shoreline classification, dock drawings, and required documentation
- We build to Keowee-Toxaway Shoreline Management Plan guidelines
- We stay current on regulatory and subdivision changes affecting Lake Keowee
