This is a 24’x28’ covered single slip classic steel dock originally built by Superior Docks. It has a 4’x35’ steel non-flared, painted ramp. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24’ without slip wedges. This dock also has a Gable roof with the dimensions 18’x28’. The decking is pressure treated wood. This dock is has a 10′ wide side on the right (looking land to lake), with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4’ connecting finger. Located on Lake Keowee. Includes a vertical 5-step Ladder.
