New REDUCED pricing! This is a single slip 24’x28′ painted steel structure dock with a 4’x20′ painted steel ramp with 1″ steel square-tube handrails. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24′ with a gable roof and the necessary clearance for a tow boat on a lift. The decking is 5/4 pressure treated decking with a texture coating. The wide side is 10′ with a 4′ narrow finger. This dock includes a ≈ 6,500 lb cantilever-mount (front) boat lift. Located on Lake Keowee.
