This dock features a 27’x28′ aluminum frame with an 11’x24′ boat slip under an antique bronze metal Hip roof providing 19’x28′ of coverage and is accompanied by a 4’×60’ painted non-flared ramp with light grey synthetic decking throughout. This dock has a 4′ narrow finger on the right (looking land to lake), with a 4′ connecting finger, and a 12′ wide side on the left. Swim ladder also included. This dock has also been wired for electricity.
