This is a covered single slip classic aluminum dock originally built by Superior with the overall dimensions of 30’x28′, with a 4’x40′ non-flared ramp. The boat slip is 10’x24′ without any slip wedges. This dock features a light grey Hip roof red gable roof providing 18’x28′ of coverage. This dock layout features a 4′ narrow finger on the left (looking land to lake), with a 4′ connecting finger, and an expansive 16′ wide side on the right with IPE decking throughout. This dock includes a standard vertical ladder and upright bumpers.
