Dock Desciption

Sturdy steel I-beam dock with a great layout, measuring 22’ x 28’ overall and featuring an 8’ wide side for extra space on the dock. The dock includes a 10’ x 24’ boat slip, a 3’ x 41’ ramp, and durable 2” x 8” pressure-treated decking.
A large 18’ x 28’ gable roof provides excellent shade and protection, and an underwater brace at the slip entry adds extra structural support.
Includes an Easy Climb Ladder for convenient access in and out of the water.
