Dock Description
This covered single-slip steel I-beam dock measures 27′ x 30′ overall, with a 4′ x 40′ non-flared ramp. The steel frame is painted in a fern green finish, and the dock is topped with pressure-treated wood decking throughout. A matching fern green gable-style roof provides 21′ x 30′ of covered space. The 11′ x 26′ boat slip does not include slip wedges and is flanked by a 4′ narrow finger on the right (facing from land to lake), a 4′ connecting finger, and a 12′ wide side on the left. A vertical ladder is also included for easy water access, as well as the dock being pre-wired for electrical. Boat lift not included.
