Dock Description

This is a covered single slip aluminum dock that fits the specifications for the Cliffs Communities. This dock has the overall dimensions of 28’30’, with a 4’x40′ signature flared ramp. The boat slip is 10’x26′ without any slip wedges. This dock features a Fern Green metal Hip roof providing 18’x30′ of coverage. This dock layout features a 4′ narrow finger on the right (looking land to lake), with a 4′ connecting finger, and a 14′ wide side on the left with IPE decking throughout. Dock has upper & lower sideband fascia, boxed roof posts and handrail cap in matching IPE decking as well. This dock also includes slip entry roof-post protection rollers and a bow protection roller, an Easy Climb Ladder and Kayak Stow & Go in addition to the standard swim ladder. This dock has also been wired for electrical with power outlets and service lighting. One PWC drive-on port (Sunport 2) installed on the right side is included, as well as a HydroHoist 6,600 pound rated, level lift style boat lift set-up for a tritoon (originally install in 2018).
