Dock Description

This is a Cherokee brand covered single slip, galvanized steel channel dock with the overall dimensions of 24’x24’. It features a 10’x20’ side-entry boat slip and a 4’×20’ non-flared steel ramp. This dock also has a 18’x24’ metal flat roof covering all but 6′ of the wide side. This dock has a 10’ wide side on the lakeward edge with a 4’ narrow finger on the landward edge and a 4′ connector at the front of the slip. The decking is aluminum decking. This dock includes a fiberglass dock box, a HydroHoist boat lift with an approx. 4,000 lb capacity that has been configured for a v-hull boat, and a ladder. The dock is also wired with power outlets and an overhead light. This dock is located on Lake Keowee, but due to the Cherokee bolt-together system, it can be disassembled and moved anywhere.
