This is a covered, single slip Cherokee galvanized steel dock that fits the specifications for The Reserve. It has a 4’x28’ bridge-style ramp without handrails. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24’. The overall dock dimensions are 26’x28’. This dock has a Cedar Shake Hip roof with a roof height of 8’. The decking is Ipe Brazilian Hardwood in really great condition with Ipe wrapped frame and roof posts. The wide side is 12’ with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4′ connector. It is located on Lake Keowee. Includes a dock box and a ladder.
